Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Momentum website at mmntum.app and the waitlist it offers (together, the "Service"), operated by EA Labs ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Momentum iOS app, once released, will be governed by its own in-app terms presented at that time. These Terms cover the website and waitlist only.

1. The waitlist

The Momentum app is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist lets us notify you about early access and launch. Submitting your email — and, optionally, your name — does not create any obligation on our part to provide the app, early access, or any particular feature, and does not guarantee a spot in any testing program.

2. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and only submit an email address you control.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit others' information without permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Momentum name, logo, content, and design are owned by EA Labs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

4. Privacy

Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
